Mr. Joseph I. Ogunu obtained a bachelor’s degree in law from the Bendel State University, Ekpoma and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991. Mr. Ogunu holds a Master’s degree in law from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He also holds a Stock Market Agent’s Certificate of the Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers and is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). His areas of specialization are commercial practice, trade and competition law, taxation, capital markets, civil litigation and arbitration.
