Joseph J. Peters, Esq.

Joseph Peters has significant experience in litigation, primarily personal injury, products liability, matrimonial and worker’s compensation. He has tried hundreds of matters to conclusion, and handles all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, domestic violence, custody, support, parenting time, adoptions, and pre-nuptial agreements.

He is a graduate of Wagner College (1972) and Penn State University Dickinson School of Law (1976). He is a member of the New Jersey and Federal Bar, as well as the Middlesex County Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers. Joseph has been a member of the Middlesex County District Ethics Committee and the Middlesex County Fee Distribution Committee, and has also been a Middlesex County Personal Injury arbitrator on many cases.

In addition, Joseph has served on the Board of the Rutgers Preparatory School in Somerset, New Jersey.
