John Cardot joined Coleman & Horowitt, LLP in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, he was a shareholder in the Fresno firm Wild, Carter & Tipton. He also served as chief financial officer and general counsel for a family-owned trading and investment company in Chicago, Illinois.
John practices in the business transactions department where he provides representation to clients throughout California in all facets of Real Estate Law including secured lending, sales and exchanges, development, leasing, foreclosure, unlawful detainer, and eminent domain; Corporate Law including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and dissolution; Estate and Tax Planning; and California Gaming Law.
