John Gazzoli became "of counsel" to the firm in 2009 and has a diverse practice specializing in labor and employment law and commercial litigation.

John has represented management in all facets of labor and employment law, including representation before the National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, comparable state and local agencies and federal and state courts throughout the country. His clients include businesses in construction, manufacturing, health care and transportation, municipalities and trade associations at both national and local levels. He has extensive experience in collective bargaining and counseling businesses regarding union avoidance.

John also specializes in litigation of business disputes, including commercial matters, shareholder issues, covenants not-to-compete and trade secrets protection, real estate matters, antitrust and lender liability questions.

For several years, Mr. Gazzoli has been honored as a "Super Lawyer" and has been regularly listed in the "Top 100 Labor Lawyers" in America. He is a Fellow of the American College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and a member of the faculty of the Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville Construction Leadership Institute.

John is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois and numerous federal courts around the country. He is a member of the American Bar Association and various state and local bar associations in Missouri and Illinois.
