Improper Verdicts on Sedition and Communist Espionage Cases during the Martial Law Period. Admitted to the Graduate Institute of National Development, Ms. Chiang has received a comprehensive legal education. Moreover, she has had extensive
experience in the fields of civil and commercial law, corporate matters, real estate, arbitration, contracts drafting, construction projects, criminal defense, and non-litigation matters.

Secretary-General of the Society for the Protection of Tax Payer’s Rights, R.O.C. (1999-2000). Since 1999, Ms. Chiang has been a member of the Criminal Law Committee of the Taipei Bar Association. Furthermore, Ms. Chiang has been giving lecture at Central Police University as well as been invited by Institute of Forensic Medicine of Ministry of Justice and Municipal Taipei Government to give speech in seminar courses.
