Notable Experience
Jennifer concentrates her practice in insurance defense, appellate practice, and workers’ compensation defense. In addition to defending clients in the Common Pleas and Appellate Courts of Ohio and Indiana, she represents employers in front of the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and Industrial Commission.
She has made numerous presentations to the Dayton Safety Council, a sub-organization of the Dayton Chamber of Commerce, and Generation Dayton concerning various workers’ compensation matters. In fall 2011 Jennifer served as an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton School of Law, teaching Appellate Advocacy to second and third year law students.
In addition, Jennifer was named as Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star 2010-12, a list jointly prepared by Law & Politics Magazine and Cincinnati Magazine.

Jennifer is an active community participant. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for United Rehabilitation Services, a non-profit organization working to benefit children and adults with disabilities and their families, from 2010 to the present and is now the secretary for 2012.
In July, 2010, she joined the Springboro Rotary. Through the Rotary organization, Jennifer volunteers her time to the Springboro community and families in need in the Miami Valley and internationally. She also volunteers as a Big Sister for the Big Brother/Big Sister program in Dayton and volunteers with the START program at the Montgomery County jail. Jennifer enjoys running and cycling.
