Jeff Dickerson is the firm’s senior corporate lawyer.  He is also the managing shareholder of the firm’s Austin office, which he helped to establish in 2008.  Jeff serves as outside general counsel to businesses in a number of different industries, including refinery service, beverage distribution, periodical distribution, oilfield service, insurance and physician practices.  He specializes in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and securities work.

Jeff is married, and his wife Julie and son Ben are a joy and his reason for getting up in the morning.  Jeff plays tennis, guitar, and piano, and he thinks a lot about writing a novel someday, but that’s going to have to wait.
