PRACTICE/EXPERIENCE
Mr. Hale’s practice emphasizes insurance defense with the majority of his work in medical negligence claims.
Mr. Hale has successfully defended numerous medical negligence claims brought against physicians throughout Western Washington. He has also been successful in defending cases brought against corporate and municipal entities in other insurance defense-related cases.

BACKGROUND
Born in Tacoma, Washington, Mr. Hale has resided in Tacoma for the majority of his life.
Mr. Hale has been admitted to practice in the State of Washington and the United States District Court, Western District of Washington.
Mr. Hale held the position of Secretary-Treasurer for the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association from 1975-1977. He was on the Superior Court Liaison Committee from 1985-1986 and 1991-1992, and the Mandatory Arbitration Committee from 1992-1993.
