Jason J. Hoy, Esq.

Mr. Hoy has concentrated his practice in defense litigation.  He has handled trucking, general liability, premises liability, construction, product liability, workers compensation, employment, and general business matters for more than a decade.  Mr. Hoy has undergone extensive trial training including the 2005 ICLEF Trial Advocacy Skills College and the 2007 International Association of Defense Counsel’s Trial Academy at Stanford Law School, and has utilized this training in the defense of both jury and bench trials.  He has written articles and spoken at seminars on managing litigation matters.  In 2009 and 2011, Mr. Hoy was honored as a “Rising Star” amongst Indiana lawyers by the Indiana Super Lawyers, a publication of Indianapolis Monthly. Mr. Hoy is admitted to all Indiana state and federal courts.  He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. Mr. Hoy graduated from Indiana University (B.A.) and Indiana University– Indianapolis (J.D.).   He has served as an officer and member of The Wellness Community of Central Indiana, Inc, which is a non-profit organization that provides hope and support for cancer patients and their families.
