Jared Parrish joined Prince Yeates in 2008. His practice is focused on commercial litigation and litigation arising out of receiverships and bankruptcies, investment fraud, regulatory enforcement actions and criminal defense. He has represented federal receivers and bankruptcy trustees, as well as private investors, in federal actions. Mr. Parrish also represents individuals charged with various crimes in all jurisdictions.
Prior Professional Experience
Prior to joining Prince Yeates, Mr. Parrish practiced as a Securities Analyst with the Utah Division of Securities, and as a Prosecutor. He has significant trial and motion experience.
