Of Counsel to Thompson O’Donnell, LLP since a 1998 merger with Bromley, Greene & Walsh, Mr. Bromley specializes in life, surety and health insurance law, trial and appellate practice, transportation law, trademark and copyright matters, and insurance coverage. His practice also includes alternative dispute resolution. He is regularly appointed to serve as a mediator in the District of Columbia Superior Court Multi-Door Dispute Resolution Program. He is Counsel to the Air Force Association.
He is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Transportation Law, Logistics and Policy.” He also is the co-author of The Transportation Study Guide (1983). He is currently Editor of Highlights, a bi-monthly publication of the Association of Transportation Law Professionals.
