Jack has a diverse practice with a diverse set of experiences. As the former Grant County Attorney, he has significant experience in the courtroom as well as advising municipallities and quasi-governmental organizations serving as attorney for the Fiscal Court, Jail, Clerk’s Office, Library Board, and Child Support Office. He has tried and won many jury trials in many different practice areas.
Jack has extensive trial experience in the areas of, commercial and business cases, catastrophic personal injury cases, bad faith, insurance coverage, intentional torts, real estate, domestic cases, construction law, and criminal matters.
As a small business owner and accountant, Jack also understands the need to avoid costly litigation and to first look for reasonable compromise. Jack serves as general counsel to many small and mid-sized businesses from start-ups to multi-million dollar companies in Ohio and Kentucky advising the owners on both their personal and business legal issues.
Jack is very active in the community, currently serving on the Board of the following organizations: Northern Kentucky Bar Association, St. Elizabeth Foundation of Grant County, Drop Inn Center, Dry Ridge Soup Kitchen, Covington Rotary Club, and Grant County Joint Local Industrial Authority.
Jack is an avid sports fan and enjoys following University of Kentucky sports, Cincinnati Reds baseball, and Cincinnati Bengals football. Jack also enjoys hiking, biking and spending time with his wife and three children at their home in Terrace Park, Ohio.
