J. Randall Call, Esq.
Commercial law and real estate litigation, as well as real estate, creditor-debtor, financial institution and bankruptcy-related matters are J. Randall Call’s primary areas of focus.
Mr. Call handles real estate closings, loan origination, loan workouts, lending matters, and creditor representation in bankruptcy court. His experience also extends to consumer and commercial foreclosures and a variety of commercial law matters involving secured transactions and negotiable instruments.
Prior Professional Experience
Mr. Call has served as a Utah State Bar examiner and as the chairman of the Utah State Bar’s Fee Arbitration Committee. He also served on the Board of the Greater Salt Lake Chapter of the Red Cross and as a member of the University of Utah’s Alumni Board of Trustees.
