Henry Pharr’s practice is focused on commercial and residential development, representing developers, homebuilders, and permanent lenders. He also works with hotel and restaurant organizations and their operators.

Mr. Pharr is a Senior Partner at Horack Talley. His clients include: PPM/Jackson National Life Insurance Co., KIRCO Realty Services, Fifth Third Bank, Wachovia Bank’s Wealth Management Group, Allied Domeceq Quick Service Restaurants (Dunkin Donuts) and Bank of America’s Real Estate Trust Division, Life of Baltimore, and the City of Charlotte Neighborhood Development Department.

Mr. Pharr is active in the Charlotte community. He has served as memorials committee chairman for the Mecklenburg Bar Association, was Chairman of the Board of Thompson’s Children’s Home, and has served on the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Committee where he was also committee chairman.

Mr. Pharr was recently honored by Business North Carolina as part of the “Legal Elite” for 2008, an honor accorded to only 3% of the North Carolina Bar Association membership and has also been recognized by Best Lawyers in America.
