Gregory L. Jenkins has extensive experience in a wide range of civil litigation matters. He regularly represents land developers, construction companies, general contractors, subcontractors, licensed builders, manufacturers, utilities, realtors, commercial lenders and banking institutions in courts and before state regulatory boards throughout Michigan. He also represents clients in the development, sale, purchase, rezoning and exchange of real property. Additionally, Mr. Jenkins represents lending institutions in construction lien and collection cases, loan workouts, and title insurance disputes.

He continues to expand his banking, probate, and employment practices, representing both employers and employees in wrongful termination disputes, issues involving non-compete covenants, and whistleblower actions as well as estate fiduciaries or beneficiaries in contested probate matters.

Mr. Jenkins’ counsel has been sought in cases involving riparian rights and access to private property. He regularly serves as a case evaluator working to amicably resolve disputes and lawsuits filed by civil and commercial litigants. He has successfully represented landowners and developers, in both litigation and pre-trial negotiations, in obtaining roadway access to their property. He also represents parties in boundary disputes.
