Biography:
Mr. Burton represents individuals and businesses in a variety of commercial and corporate transactions. Mr. Burton’s real estate practice includes representing owners, developers, tenants and lenders in commercial real estate transactions. He is experienced in a broad range of real estate development models and financing structures and frequently represents landlords and tenants in leases of office, retail and industrial properties. He also represents owners and developers in construction and other development matters. Additionally, Mr. Burton represents owners and sponsors of affordable housing developments utilizing a myriad of financing sources including state and local funding programs, tax credit equity syndication and institutional lender financing.
