Gillian has worked in the legal industry for over 15 years and joined Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers in 2012 as part of the retail leasing team. Since becoming a lawyer Gillian has gained experience in multiple areas of law including retail leasing, wills and estate planning, probate and property.
Gillian was part of the retail leasing team which recently saw the implementation of electronic execution of Victorian retail leases. She is also of member of the Carroll & O’Dea Estate Planning Committee and Property & Conveyancing Committee and submits articles monthly for the Leasing and Property Newsletter.
She is also an avid reader and enjoys running through the Botanic Gardens at lunchtime and participating in marathons worldwide.

- Gillian has completed a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England and Practical Legal Training at the Australian National University.
- Admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2014.
- Currently studying her Masters of Law majoring in Wills and Estate Planning.
