G. Troy Parkinson’s practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy, foreclosure and creditor rights, and commercial litigation.
He represents and counsels creditors in foreclosures and repossessions, loan workouts and other lending matters and is effective in advocating his clients’ positions in the state and federal courts of Utah and Idaho.
Prior Professional Experience
Mr. Parkinson practiced in Boise, Idaho, with Meuleman & Miller, LLP, concentrating on real estate, business and construction law, before joining Prince Yeates in 2002.
