Frank Fritz Ober, Esq.-Of Counsel
FRANK F. OBER, formerly a principal of Brody Wilkinson, currently serves as of counsel to the firm consulting on matters involving contracts, real estate, and business entities. While in active practice, Mr. Ober represented individuals and companies in both residential and commercial real estate and land use transactions. He also represented financial institutions in lending transactions and corporations in various matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Ober, formerly a resident of Fairfield, Connecticut, practiced in the Greater Bridgeport area for 42 years. He was active in bar association and community matters, serving on various Town boards and commissions. He served as president and board member of The Council of Churches of Greater Bridgeport, Inc., The Rotary Club of Bridgeport, the Advisory Board of The Salvation Army, and The Fairfield County Chorale, Inc. He also acted as a division chair for various United Way campaigns. Mr. Ober taught courses in contracts and conveyancing for bar review courses and served on the Standards of Title Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association.
Mr. Ober and his wife, Kit, currently reside in Williamsburg, Virginia.
