Francesco L. De Luca, Esq.
Francesco Luigi De Luca was born in Naples on 17th September 1969. In 1994, Francesco acquired the J.D. Degree at the Università degli Studi in Milan and the LL.M. at Infor in 1998. He became a lawyer in 2000 and a partner of Studio Legale F. De Luca in 2004. He has a broad experience in tax law, with a strong focus on tax litigation and cross-border tax issues. Francesco has assisted with success Italian and international groups and corporations in their tax litigation and restructuring issues.
