Franca Parolin, Esq.
Admitted as a lawyer in 1987, Franca has been practising in Family Law since 1988 and began to specialise in this area from 1991. These days, she practices exclusively in Family Law and De Facto Relationship Law and has been involved in some appeal cases that have clarified the law.
Franca has been on the Board of Directors of Relationships Australia and has been a part-time lecturer and tutor in Family Law and a tutor in Contract Law at the University of Wollongong. She maintains an ongoing relationship with the university through the Practical Legal Training course where she helps assess law students completing their final training before being eligible to practice law. Franca is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
A strong believer in pro bono community service, Franca has volunteered with the Legal Aid Commission and works regularly – for free – at the Kells’ Dapto Legal Clinic.
Client Care
Franca aims to bridge the gap between what a client thinks the legal system can provide and what the system actually does provide. In so doing, her goal is to achieve a result that her client is happy with and is able to live with. Franca wants her clients to feel that justice was done.
