Biography:
Elizabeth J. O’Neill is an Associate Attorney with the firm. She has represented insurance carriers, self-insured companies and other businesses, and has worked extensively on motor vehicle accidents, products liability and coverage disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. O’Neill served as a judicial law clerk in the Massachusetts Juvenile Court where she worked closely with the justices in Plymouth, Bristol and Barnstable Counties. During her clerkship she was selected to present a case study at the annual Juvenile Court Judges’ Conference. During law school, she served as Vice Magistrar of the international legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi, whose mission is to promote a higher standard of professional ethics. As a third-year student, Ms. O’Neill was a S.J.C. Rule 3:03 Certified student attorney for Suffolk University’s Juvenile Justice Clinic in the Boston Municipal Court. Throughout law school, Ms. O’Neill also clerked for an admiralty law firm.
