Elizabeth J. Frey, Esq.
Elizabeth Jesukiewicz Frey is both an accomplished trial attorney and registered nurse who focuses her professional practice on catastrophic medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
Beth graduated with honors from the York Hospital School of Nursing in Pennsylvania, where she received her diploma as a registered nurse. Beth practiced nursing at four East Coast hospitals, primarily in the area of adult intensive care. Beth received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Maryland School of Nursing, and law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
As a nurse-attorney, Beth strives to accomplish her goals of being a patient advocate and improving the quality of patient care through her representation of the victims of medical negligence.
Beth was the first nurse-attorney to serve as President of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, now known as the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ). She is a member of MAJ’s Presidents Club as a Founder, as well as the Trial Lawyers’ Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C., the American Association for Justice, and the American Association of Nurse Attorneys.
Beth is licensed to practice law in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania. She has coached high school mock trial teams, and has lectured at middle schools, high schools, nursing schools, and for bar associations on medical/legal topics.
Beth resides in rural Maryland with her husband and three children. When she can spare time from her busy professional practice, Beth’s focus is on her children and everything they do, particularly lacrosse, photography, biking, hiking and traveling.
