Biography:
Ms. Cipriano is a business litigator who represents individuals, businesses, financial institutions, nonprofit and charitable organizations, and municipalities, in a variety of contested matters including, but not limited to, complex commercial matters, contract disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, real property matters, partition actions, employment discrimination/termination matters, civil theft, foreclosures, forfeitures, bankruptcies, creditor’s rights, administrative appeals, appellate cases, municipal tax lien foreclosures, fraudulent conveyance actions, collection actions, and summary process actions. Her practice also includes defending property owners in liability claims and representing financial institutions in problem loan workouts.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Cipriano was a law clerk of the Honorable Socrates H. Mihalakos and the Honorable Alexandra D. DiPentima of the Connecticut Appellate Court in 2002-2003.
