Eileen M. Talamante, Esq.
Joining the firm in 2012, Eileen Talamante focuses her practice in health care and regulatory matters. Previously as Senior Counsel with Brown Greer, Ms. Talamante was responsible for managing and supervising teams charged with analysis, medical record review and resolution of physical injury-related claims in various complex matters including the settlement arising from the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf and the Vioxx Resolution Program. In addition to her role in resolving personal injury claims, Ms. Talamante was directly involved in the processing and resolution of expedited and hardship claims as well as participating in the implementation and management of the operation of large and demanding claimant call centers. As a registered nurse, prior small business owner, and with tremendous medical legal experience, Ms. Talamante brings a unique and invaluable perspective to our healthcare clients and the difficult issues they face in todays complex healthcare environment.
Ms. Talamante received her undergarduate degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin and worked her way through law school as a critical care nurse, earning her law degree, with honors, from the Univeristy of Tennessee College of Law. Following law school she worked as an Associate for a general civil litigation firm. She is also a trained mediator and is qualified as a guardian ad litem for children.
