Edward Henry Hill, Esq.
Edward H. Hill, Esquire is chair of the firm’s matrimonial practice. He has practiced in the area of family law throughout his career and is a former law clerk to the Honorable David W. Morgan, J.S.C. Prior to joining Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller, P.C. he was an associate with Trimble and Associates.
Mr. Hill represents clients in all aspects and stages of matrimonial litigation, including appeals, trials, emergent applications, plenary hearings, custody trials, domestic violence hearings, pre and post judgment applications, motions, early settlement panels, economic mediations, intensive settlement conferences, case management conferences and uncontested hearings.
Mr. Hill has also represent clients in other areas of family law including adoptions, civil unions, domestic partnerships, gestational carrier issues and guardianships.
Mr. Hill handles all the Sports and Entertainment Law matters for the firm. He also represents several non-profits, serving as special counsel to Life Assembly Ministries for Christ and Victory in Christ Christian Center along with serving on the school board of Freedom Academy in Camden, New Jersey. Mr. Hill was recently appointed Alternate Public Defender for the City of Bridgeton.
