Ed Lukoski’s practice focuses on the representation of various clients in casualty defense matters involving construction accidents, premises liability, products liability, municipal liability and vehicular negligence in all state and federal venues. Ed joined our firm with years of experience representing the MTA and Long Island Railroad for contract negligence and FELA matters.
Ed maintains a busy trial schedule, trying numerous cases in the New York State Supreme Courts located in New York City, Long Island and Westchester, as well as the federal courts in New York. He is rated “AV” by Martindale Hubbell. In 2010, Long Island Pulse Magazine rated Ed a Top Legal Eagle in Suffolk and Nassau Counties for general practice.
Ed was admitted to practice law in New York State in 1977, the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1979, and in United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 1984. He is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the Federal Bar Council.
In 1972, Ed Lukoski received his Juris Doctor Degree from Seattle School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from State University of New York at Oneonta in 1972.
