Mr. Ediberto López-Rodríguez joined Ferraiuoli as an Associate Attorney in 2010.

Mr. Ediberto López-Rodríguez brings over five years experience in the regulatory arena, specializing in Corporate and Tax Planning, Consulting and Compliance. His principal areas of practice include corporate and tax law, where he advices and represents clients Regarding tax matters, particularly regulatory compliance. Mr. López-Rodríguez is highly skilled in the preparation of tax forms, and the design of tax-efficient structures and compliance work, such as employment benefits and debt management, for corporations, partnerships, estates and individuals. He also represents clients before multiple governmental dependencies and agencies, including the pre-filing, filing and compliance of agreements under the Economic Incentives for the Development of Puerto Rico Act (Act 73).

Prior to joining Ferraiuoli, Mr. López-Rodríguez provided tax services and consulting to high net worth individuals, partnerships, corporations, and Fortune 500 companies as a tax associate at KPMG LLP and in Zaragoza & Alvarado LLP.

Mr. López-Rodríguez is also a Public Notary.
