Dylan Braverman has extensive experience defending a wide range of clients in complex civil litigation in both Federal and State court. The focus of Mr. Braverman’s practice has been professional liability, medical malpractice, medical device, products liability, transportation, coverage, emerging technology and intellectual property. Mr. Braverman defends his clients in all aspects of litigation, and regularly argues before Appellate Courts.
An aggressive strategy is pressed on behalf of Mr. Braverman’s clients, and pre-answer dismissal is sought when indicated. All matters are handled with an eye towards the most rapid and cost-effective resolution.
Mr. Braverman is on the editorial committee for the Risk Management Quarterly, published by the Association for Healthcare Risk Management of New York. He publishes a regular column in each quarterly issue of that publication. Additionally, Mr. Braverman regularly publishes on a wide-range of topics, and lectures at many of the area hospitals on legal matters and precautions to be taken to avoid possible litigation.
Mr. Braverman is a 1999 graduate of Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University and resides in Manhattan. He is an experienced traveler, nature enthusiast and recently founded a not-for-profit organization that pays for healthcare of animals in need.
