Mr. Nomura joined the northern Nevada office of Beckley, Singleton, Delanoy and Jemison in 1982, after serving as Chief Trial Deputy with the Washoe County District Attorney’s Office, and was named a partner in that firm. While practicing with the Beckley firm, Mr. Nomura represented clients in matters involving civil and business litigation, including product liability, medical malpractice, and professional malpractice. Since founding Laxalt & Nomura in 1986, he has continued to represent clients in both these and other fields of law. He has tried more than 70 trials to jury verdict, including many high profile cases, with a high rate of success.
