Mr. Lang is experienced in all aspects of real estate transactions, from leasing or purchase of land, financing, entity formation, and basic land use issues. He has extensive experience in the financing structures for both affordable housing and historic rehabilitation developments. He has represented both for-profit and non-profit developers on projects throughout the country in their use of all tax credits, including Federal and State Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Federal and State Historic Tax Credits, Brownfield Tax Credits, and Affordable Housing Assistance Program Credits. His practice has included transactions involving government subsidies and financing, including tax-exempt bond financing, FHA Credit Enhancement, CDBG funds, HOME loans, HOPE VI, USDA Rural Development, and Section 8. Furthermore, Mr. Lang has represented both lenders and developers on FHA insured deals including FHA credit enhancement and the Transfer of Physical Assets. Mr. Lang also represents clients on issues such as easements, leases, loan agreements, subdivision and condominium declarations and indentures.

In addition to his extensive real estate practice, Mr. Lang assists clients with corporate matters including stock sales, asset purchase agreements, incorporation and organization, and daily operating issues.

His practice also includes estate planning and administration, including wills and trusts, and asset protection planning.

David is admitted to practice in Missouri and Florida, as well as the United States Tax Court. David is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the American Bar Association and the St. Louis County Bar Association
