David S. Carton, Esq.

Dave has practiced family law for over a dozen years. He regularly appears before the Family Court Judges throughout New Jersey. David represents clients in all aspects of family law practice including divorce, domestic violence, civil unions, custody, parenting time, child support, alimony and division of assets. He has authored articles and lectured for ICLE on family issues.

As of May 2007 David has been qualified as a Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey. David is also a Court Qualified Mediator

After graduating from law school, David clerked for the Honorable Nicholas J. Stroumtsos, Jr., J.S.C. in the Family Part, Middlesex County. David graduated from The American University with a B.A. and received his J.D. from New England School of Law where he was managing Business Editor of The Law Journal.
