David P. Hall, Esq.
BACKGROUND
David Hall was born in Media, Pennsylvania. He attended California State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice.
Mr. Hall earned his law degree at Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While in Law School, Mr. Hall was named “Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities” in 1997-1998. He volunteered at the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer’s Program and received the Manuel A. Wiley Award for Pro Bono Legal Work in 1996 and 1997.
Mr. Hall joined Neil Dymott as an associate in 2001. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California. His practice focuses on employment and business law, professional liability, litigation with an emphasis on the defense of wrongful termination, discrimination and sexual harassment claims. Mr. Hall has also handled matters in intellectual property and class action litigation
