David A. Branscum, Esq.
Mr. Branscum’s experience in civil litigation includes over 20 years of court room experience. His practice is focused on catastrophic injury claims of all types, with special emphasis on medical malpractice claims related to birth injuries. Mr. Branscum has prepared approximately 100 birth injury cases and has tried multiple birth injury cases to successful verdicts. He has also tried catastrophic injury products liability cases. He is frequently asked to lecture to physicians and nurses on aspects of loss prevention related to obstetrical and neonatal care. Mr. Branscum has authored a scholarly article on Hospital law and has been invited by the Oklahoma Bar Association on a number of occasions to give continuing legal education lectures to lawyers in the area of medical malpractice litigation.
