Specialised in property law, Daniel Paquet offers his clientele, which includes property financiers, banks, building and co-op managers and administrators, specific expertise and a solid experience of the legal issues arising in this area of law.
Daniel Paquet maintains close ties with notaries, key players in property transactions.
With his perfect mastery of court procedures, Daniel Paquet has also developed a srtong commercial litigation practice, more particularly in debt collection for the banking community, breakdown of commercial relations, corporate litigation and conflicts arising out of subcontracts.
President of the Association Droit et Procédures in 1991-1992, of which he remains a director, member of the Conseil de l’Ordre of the Paris Bar from 1993 to 1995 where he headed the Ethics Commission, Daniel Paquet became a member of the Conseil National des Barreaux from 1996 to 1998. He is currently a member of the Ethics Committee of the Paris Bar.
