Daniel P. Shapiro, Esq.
Daniel Shapiro works as a creditors’ rights lawyer and litigator in commercial lawsuits. His work includes the handling of contract disputes and litigation to recover and liquidate commercial debt on a volume basis.
Before coming to KMK, Daniel was an Assistant State’s Attorney in Illinois (where he is also admitted to practice). In addition to trial advocacy, Daniel was continually undertaking motion practice, pre-trial discovery and document and evidentiary review. He now brings his courtroom experience to bear in upholding the interests of our commercial clients. Daniel’s practice encompasses all aspects of preparation for litigation in Wisconsin courts, including the preparation of witnesses, taking depositions and conducting discovery.
