Cynthia Jones represents residential real estate developers and project finance organizations. Ms. Jones handles legal issues surrounding the acquisition, disposition, construction, and development of residential communities. Her background includes the coordination and review of property portfolios and multi-state acquisitions. Representative clients include Turnberry Homes of the Carolinas and Mid-Atlantic Homes, LLC.
Ms. Jones is admitted to practice in all North Carolina State Courts, and is also licensed to appear before the US District Court, Western District of North Carolina.
Cynthia Jones is active in the Mecklenburg Bar Association Continuing Legal Education program and is a requested speaker to realtors and lenders on the differences between North Carolina and South Carolina closings.
She is also active in community and condominium association law. Ms. Jones often speaks to management companies and self-managed associations and provides frequent guidance on community association issues.
