Cristina Arenas-Solis, Esq.
Ms. Arenas-Solís is a Senior Associate of Ferraiuoli.
Prior to joining Ferraiuoli LLC, Ms. Arenas-Solís worked as an Associate Attorney at Reichard & Calaf, P.S.C. and as a Law Clerk in Reichard & Escalera.
Her principal areas of practice include Intellectual Property Law and Commercial Litigation. Ms. Arenas-Solís provides counseling and advice to clients, mainly focusing her practice on counseling clients in issues and matters regarding trademark protection, prosecution, and registration, as well as the procurement of both local and federal regulations. She represented the prevailing party in the most recent leading trademark case before the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico (Federation des Industries de la Perfumerie v. Ebel International Limited, 2007 T.S.P.R. 212) . In addition, she participates in complex litigation cases, representing multi-national corporations in Act 75 distribution cases and government agencies in cases involving constitutional controversies.
Ms. Arenas-Solís is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
