Connor M. Day, Esq.
After graduating from the University of California at Santa Barbara (B.A., 2000), Mr. Day attended Hastings College of the Law (J.D. 2004) and was accepted to the California State Bar in 2004.
Mr. Day’s practice includes various business litigation matters, including real property disputes, landlord-tenant disputes and payment disputes. Mr. Day regularly advises clients on various types of construction related matters for both private and public works projects, including mechanic’s lien rights, stop notice rights and claims under the Public Contract Code and Government Code.
Mr. Day has also represented developers, general contractors and subcontractors in both prosecuting and defending against various construction defect cases and contract/business claims in both private and public works projects.
