Raised in Southern West Virginia, 1992 graduate of the University of Central Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, Master of Arts degree in public policy and government at Regent University in 1994. Attended Regent University School of Law and graduated in 1996. Was a member of the Client Counseling and Dispute Resolution Board during law school. The majority of practice involves representing clients in litigation matters in personal injury, wrongful death, business litigation and insurance bad faith. Seven years as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Nicholas and Kanawha County where he prosecuted crime involving homicide, robbery, sexual assault and domestic violence. Since leaving public service, Mr. Anderson’s practice is dedicated to representation of clients in personal injury matters. Admitted to the West Virginia Bar in 1997 and the North Carolina Bar in 2005. Authorized to practice by the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
