Chris Hanno's success as a commercial real estate lawyer speaks for itself. He has built his practice by representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, financing, development and disposition of retail, multi-family and office properties. Chris also has a strong background in commercial leasing representing commercial landlords and tenants in retail and office leases. Chris represents businesses and investors in formation and structuring of entities, purchases and sales of businesses, mergers and reorganizations, borrowing and lending and various other contractual agreements. Chris works tirelessly to ensure the transaction process moves as quickly as possible, emphasizing personal service as well as results.
