In his practice, Dr. Christopher Mensching focuses on national litigation, mainly in the field of corporate law, commercial law and insolvency law. In addition to that, he advises our business clients in particular with regard to insolvency law issues (pre-filing and post-filing) as well as on labour law.
He has worked for a broad range of different industries, in particular Automotive, Chemistry, Cosmetics, Energy, Food, Health, IT, Logistics and Real Estate.
