Christine C. Fitzgerald, Esq.
Christine practices in all areas of family law in New Jersey, including alimony, child support, custody, divorce, domestic partnerships, equitable distribution, palimony, parental rights, pre-nuptial agreements, and grandparents rights.
After attending Seton Hall University and graduating with a B.A. in Communications, Christine received her J.D. from New York Law School in 2006. Prior to entering private practice, Christine served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas P. Zampino, J.S.C., Superior Court, Essex County, Chancery Division, Family Part.
Admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and before the United State District Court for the District of New Jersey, Christine is a member of the Executive Committee for the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section and Hudson County Bar Association Family Law Committee. She is the current Recording Secretary of the Hudson County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and is the immediate past co-chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section Young Lawyers Subcommittee. Christine is also currently serving a four-year term as a member of the District VI Ethics Committee.
In 2012, Christine was selected to lecture at the New Jersey Bar Association Family Law Section Annual Retreat in Boca Raton, Florida. In her spare time, Christine also volunteers as a member of the CASA Junior Board and Party with Purpose.
