Christian M. Garstin, Esq.
Christian is a member of Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC, working out of the Nashville office. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Appalachian State University in 1997. While in college, Christian was a member of the ASU wrestling team and was a founding member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity.
Christian obtained his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2001 and has been practicing law with Spicer Rudstrom since 2003. His practice areas include tort liability defense, including catastrophic personal injury cases and premises liability cases, as well as employment and workers’ compensation defense litigation.
Christian has a teenage son, who aspires to be a marine biologist. Additionally, Christian is active in his community and has served on the alumni committee for his high school. During his time away from the office, Christian enjoys the outdoors, especially camping and canoeing, and likewise enjoys coaching his three nephews in the sport of wrestling.
