REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE:
- Practice is primarily focused on advising clients concerning alcoholic beverage law and regulatory compliance, as well as licensing applications before the Division of Liquor Control, the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, and other state agencies on related matters. Among these clients are manufacturers/suppliers, wholesale distributors, hotels, restaurants, real estate developers, concert venues, convenience stores, and state liquor agencies.
- Services also include both commercial transactions, from the acquisition of businesses to the transfer of permits, as well as representation of applicants and licensees before the Ohio Liquor Control Commission and Ohio’s courts for adjudication of administrative citations and appeals.
