Chelsea Pyasetskyy, Esq.
Chelsea is a fifth generation Nevadan. She was born and reared in Washoe County, and educated at the University of Nevada, Reno and UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law. She is among her family’s third generation of Nevada lawyers—a tradition that includes two uncles who are practicing attorneys; a great-uncle who served as a Nevada District Court Judge; and a grandfather who (at the time) was Nevada’s only Congressman, and who then went on to become a Justice of the Nevada Supreme Court.
After serving an externship with Washoe District Court Judge Connie Steinheimer, Chelsea started with Barron & Pruitt as a law clerk. Since joining the firm as an associate in 2009, she’s developed an active practice representing personal and commercial lines insurers, their insureds—and the self-insured—in auto and transportation accident cases; products liability; asbestos litigation; premises liability; and insurance bad faith and coverage litigation. Chelsea is also included in Nevada Business Magazine’s 2013 listing of “Legal Elite.”
