Charles M. Love, IV, Esq.
Charles M. Love, IV, earned a Juris Doctorate from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1997. While at the College of Law he was a member of the Luger Trial Association. In 1993, Mr. Love earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and French, cum laude, from Denison University.
Mr. Love has been a member of The Masters Law Firm since 1997. He has extensive trial experience and focuses his practice in the areas of nursing home abuse and neglect, product liability, injuries in the workplace, commercial truck accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful termination, and premises liability.
A member of the West Virginia State Bar, Mr. Love is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court for the United States of America, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia.
He is a member of the West Virginia Bar Association and the West Virginia Association for Justice. Mr. Love was elected to serve as one of the Kanawha County representatives to the Board of Governors for the West Virginia Bar Association. He is currently serving a term that ends in 2008. Mr. Love has also served various charitable organizations in the Charleston, West Virginia area.
