In 2010, Charles Perschon joined Prince Yeates, where he maintains a practice in appellate work and complex commercial litigation.
Prior Professional Experience
While in law school, Mr. Perschon was a summer clerk for Presiding Judge Judith M. Billings of the Utah Court of Appeals. He was also a summer associate at Danaher, Lagnese & Neal in Hartford, Connecticut, where he participated in medical malpractice defense, class actions, and complex civil litigation.
After graduating from law school in 2006, Mr. Perschon joined the firm Hill Johnson & Schmutz in Provo, Utah where he practiced civil litigation and appellate work. While at Hill Johnson, Mr. Perschon second-chaired a jury trial yielding a $3.1 million dollar verdict for his clients.
