Chad McShane has over a decade of trial experience. Chad’s primary practice area is commercial litigation, including arbitration, trials and appeals, with emphasis on construction litigation and real estate matters. Chad received an AV peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Chad has successfully prosecuted and defended complex business disputes through trial and arbitration not only in Colorado, but in other jurisdictions as well. He has acted as lead counsel in litigation in various states including, California, Florida, Iowa, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
Chad graduated magna cum laude from Luther College in 1993 with B.A. degrees in political science and history. He received his J.D. with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1996. Chad is licensed to practice law in the States of Colorado and Iowa, the Colorado and Iowa U.S. District Courts, and the Eighth and Tenth Circuit U.S. Courts of Appeals.
