Graduated from Universidad de Lima (1993) masters' in Business Law and Public Regulatory Services from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2008). Partner of Estudio Llona & Bustamante Abogados since 2011, he joined the Firm as an associate in 1993. His practice area is centered in dispute resolutions and controversies, civil, commercial, and labor law as well as, social security and labor health law, which enables Carlos to provide legal assistance in civil, commercial and administrative law. Likewise, he has been arbitrator for the Supervisory Agency for Public Contracting -OSCE from 1998 -2001, and has participated in various ad-doc and institutional arbitration proceedings
